Recognise and accredit the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning through Macmillan Cancer Support and ASDAN

Macmillan Cancer Support and ASDAN have teamed up to promote the accreditation of the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning on 30 September 2011. This is an opportunity for learners to accredit the skills and knowledge gained through this fundraising initiative with ASDAN programmes and qualifications.

The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning is Macmillan Cancer Support’s biggest fundraising event. People across the UK – and sometimes further afield – hold coffee mornings, where donations are made to Macmillan.

ASDAN programmes and qualifications can provide suitable activities and opportunities to accredit skills, such as communication, research, teamwork and problem solving, which young people develop through their work with the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning.
