As National Manager for Ireland, I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to this section of the ASDAN website.
The Ireland team consists of myself and Area Co-ordinator Aaron Smylie, who is based locally. Aaron is responsible for a range of programmes. Should you have any queries, please contact either myself or Aaron.
I am very keen to celebrate the successes of ASDAN students across Ireland, so if you have any stories you would like the ASDAN world to know about, your contributions would be most welcome. Aaron Smiley, ASDAN Co-ordinator for the Republic of Ireland, was delighted to present ASDAN certificates to students at St Joseph's Intellectual Disability Service at a special awards ceremony last term. The event celebrated the achievements of students who had successfully completed Towards Independence modules.
Congratulations to all the St Joseph's students who were awarded their Towards Independence certificates!
