Dear Colleagues,
Welcome to the Midlands section of the ASDAN website!
I hope that this section will become a valuable resource in helping you deliver ASDAN awards and qualifications; providing you with information, ideas and assistance along the way.
The Midlands team consists of myself, four full-time Area Coordinators (ACO) and a full-time External Moderator. In addition to this we have a number of part-time external moderators. Each ACO is responsible for a particular geographical area and a range of programmes. Should you have any queries then please contact the relevant ACO whose details can be found via the link below. If, however, you have a query that needs a regional response then please contact me directly.
As you navigate this section of the ASDAN website, you will read a variety of accounts showing how ASDAN awards and qualification have benefited a wide range of learners from an equally wide range of centers. I am very keen that we continually recognise the achievement of our learners and celebrate their success, so please forward your good news stories to Julie Wilson for inclusion. Photographs are most welcome.
I wish you every success in your efforts to deliver ASDAN programmes in the months ahead.
With very best wishes,
Gratton Mulcrow

Aimhigher
The Aimhigher Project in Coventry and Warwickshire is now drawing to a close after a two-year period, which has seen a dozen schools accredit their Aimhigher activities via a variety of ASDAN awards and qualifications. Each school has helped to produce a case study documenting the rationale for engagement and plans for the future. If you would like to know more about this national demonstration project, please contact Gratton Mulcrow.
