Dear Colleagues,
As Regional Manager for the North of England, I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the North section of the ASDAN website.
I hope that this section will provide you, as practitioners, with a wide range of information, ideas and assistance and that it will become a very valuable resource in helping you deliver ASDAN programmes.
The Northern team consists of myself and a number of both full-time and part-time Area Co-ordinators (ACOs). Each ACO is responsible for a particular geographical area and/or range of programmes. Should you have any queries then please contact the ACO assigned to your area. If, however, you have a query that needs a regional response then contact me directly.
As you navigate this section I'm sure you will read many articles about how ASDAN programmes have benefited a wide range of learners from an equally wide range of centres. I am very keen that we in the North continue to recognise achievement and celebrate success so if you have any similar stories you would like the ASDAN world to know about then your contributions would be most welcome. Please send anything you think might make an interesting article (including photos) to me.
To conclude, may I wish you every success in your efforts to deliver ASDAN awards and qualifications. We believe ASDAN offers a range of products and a level of customer service that will enable you to more successfully recognise achievement and reward success. We are here to support you.
With very best wishes
John Furness
