Martin Lane - Regional Manager South and South West

My background is in mainstream teaching and I am based in South Devon. As well as holding the position of Regional Manager in the South and West for ASDAN, I look after the CoPE Clusters in Devon and Cornwall and would be your point of contact for this qualification in those areas.

In addition to CoPE, I can offer specialist advice on programmes such as ASDAN Bronze and Silver and oversee the local consortiums in the same areas.

I have been involved in the development of Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS) resources and would be pleased to offer advice on how ASDAN might help with teaching and learning strategies to embed these into your curriculum planning. I am a local External Moderator in Devon & Cornwall for our Key Skills, Personal Social Development and Employability qualifications.

Cathy Marsden - Area Coordinator Gloucester, Bristol, Somerset; National Development Coordinator for Volunteering Qualifications

I have worked for ASDAN since September 2008. I am a cluster leader for CoPE for Gloucestershire, BANES, Bristol and Somerset and have responsibility for the programmes network throughout this area. I am also an External Moderator for ASDAN Bronze/Silver, PSD, Wider Key Skills, the Employability qualifications and the Volunteering qualifications. I have a broad knowledge of all ASDAN programmes including the Preparatory Programmes.

Jan Miller – Area Coordinator, South Central and South Coast (Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire and the IOW, Buckinghamshire)

Based in Swindon, I have been working for ASDAN since September 2010. My background is in mainstream secondary education, delivering CoPE and the ASDAN Programmes.

I am a CoPE cluster leader for Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. I am able to advise on Wider Key Skills, PSD, CoPE and AoPE.  I also have responsibility for the ASDAN Programmes centres in this area (including Bronze/Silver and Short Courses). I am the South West link for the Prince's Trust xl Awards and have national responsibility for the Practitioner's Award.

Jenni Robertson - Development Coordinator

I have been based at ASDAN's head office in Bristol since September of 2008 when I was appointed as the National Development Coordinator for CoPE, PSD, ASDAN Programmes and Short Courses.  I have a long history with ASDAN and have been involved in CoPE since running it as a pilot centre. I have the responsibility for looking after Bronze and Silver in the South Hampshire/Dorset areas and, in addition, I am the Cluster Leader for CoPE in Dorset. I look forward to meeting many of you at forthcoming events.

Suzanne Angel  - Preparatory Network

I am based at ASDAN's head office in Bristol and I am a National Co-ordinator for Preparatory Programmes and Entry Level Qualifications. In particular my specialism is in New Horizons, Literacy and Numeracy in Everyday Life, Transition Challenge, Towards Independence and Workright; i.e. all the programmes for learners with learning difficulties. I also offer training and support for the following Entry qualifications: Diploma in Life Skills, Employability, Personal Progress and PSD.
