Throughout the year, ASDAN offers a wide range of staff development training workshops. Held in venues across the UK and Ireland, these workshops offer a friendly, accessible and hands-on introduction to ASDAN's programmes and qualifications. The majority of workshops are full-day courses with lunch, refreshments and training materials provided.

Training is mandatory for the CoPE, AoPE, Personal ProgressVolunteering, Employability, Diplomas in Life SkillsPSD Entry and PSD Level 1&2 qualifications and is highly recommended for anyone running or planning to run an ASDAN programme. All workshops cover the processes involved, offer guidance on delivery and moderation and explain how to maximise the benefits of each programme.

Briefing Seminars

ASDAN’s Briefing Seminars are designed to introduce new developments and offer an overview of ASDAN’s programmes and qualifications. They show how you can get the most out of ASDAN’s programmes, in terms of rewarding achievement and improving results. The focus of these events varies from term to term, so please see the Briefing Seminars page for detailed information.
