Level 3 Qualifications Workshops
ASDAN is offering a new training experience for staff from Post-16 centres, to introduce the range of ASDAN’s Level 3 qualifications and provide guidance as to how to deliver them, at a time when Post-16 education faces a number of challenges including:
- Significant reduction to entitlement funding threatening such activities
- Alignment of funding for all post-16 providers
- Increased fees in higher education alongside increased entry requirements
- Reduced employment opportunities for school leavers
- Increased profile of apprenticeships
Who is this workshop for?
This training is designed to inform post-16 practitioners about ASDAN Level 3 qualifications, and the value of these qualifications in developing the skills and personal development of post-16 learners.
This workshop will help practitioners with the delivery, assessment, curriculum design and funding of post-16 learning. Upon completion of training, centres will be able to offer learners suitable Level 3 qualifications to develop the skills and knowledge that will be needed to support their progression into higher education and the world of work.
