This catalogue provides information about each of the individual curriculum programmes and associated resources that ASDAN has developed for use in education and training settings.

How to place an order with ASDAN (Please note that in order to purchase materials, you must first be registered as an ASDAN centre)

Order Online : Using the links on the right hand menu you can browse the ASDAN online catalogue, adding products to your cart before checking out. Upon completion you will receive an email confirmation of your order and will be invoiced when your products are shipped. If you wish to use the online ordering system you will need to have a secure area password to complete your order and a purchase order number from your Bursar or Finance Department will also be required for payment. Order Offline : Click here to download the order form. You can print out this form and fax your order to ASDAN. You will receive an invoice when your products are shipped.

We are unable to accept telephone orders or orders without official purchase order numbers unless accompanied by a cheque for the full amount, including p&p. Charges for p&p are levied according to the value of the order, and charges are displayed on the ASDAN Order Form.

If placing an order when holidays are imminent, please indicate on your order when you are open to receive a delivery. ASDAN incurs a minimum £10.00 non-delivery penalty if our carrier is unable to deliver your goods because your centre is closed, and we may have to pass this charge on to you.

If sending an official purchase order number separately from the ASDAN order for confirmation purposes, or if you are posting an order after faxing it, please ensure that it is clearly marked "confirmation only" as ASDAN cannot accept responsibility for accidental duplicate orders.

ASDAN Returns Policy: Please note that we operate a 60-day returns policy from date of delivery. If you wish to return goods to us or there is a discrepancy with your order, please ring our Publications Department on 0117 941 1448 to discuss the matter. If goods are to be returned due to a customer error, we will provide you with a Returns Number. We recommend that they are sent by Recorded Delivery or courier. Once goods have been received in good condition we will issue a credit note if required. If the goods are to be returned due to our error, we will arrange collection if appropriate.
