The new entitlement for economic wellbeing and financial capability comes in to being in the new secondary curriculum from September 2008. ASDAN offers the widest range of programmes, awards and qualifications to accredit achievements for learners of all abilities, aged 8 to 108.
A series of UK-wide Briefing Seminars invites headteachers, senior managers and other staff responsible for implementing this new area of the curriculum to find out how ASDAN can help fulfil all aspects of personal finance education.

It accredits up to 60 hours of activities in financial Capability and economic wellbeing. In July 2007 the Award book and Teaching and Learning Resource Pack were awarded the pfeg Quality Mark.
