The learner can:

  • Complete a skills decoding task to identify at least ten personal skills or strengths
  • Use at least two information sources (for example: skills lists, job profiles, employability websites) to check and define each skill
  • Record clear definitions for at least five of the skills identified
  • Complete an experience timeline task by listing at least three past roles, activities or responsibilities (for example: work experience, volunteering, caring roles, household responsibilities, projects)
  • Research one chosen experience and write a short summary describing what they did and what skills they used
  • Place all experience items into a clear chronological order
