The learner can:
- Complete a skills decoding task to identify at least ten personal skills or strengths
- Use at least two information sources (for example: skills lists, job profiles, employability websites) to check and define each skill
- Record clear definitions for at least five of the skills identified
- Complete an experience timeline task by listing at least three past roles, activities or responsibilities (for example: work experience, volunteering, caring roles, household responsibilities, projects)
- Research one chosen experience and write a short summary describing what they did and what skills they used
- Place all experience items into a clear chronological order
