The learner can:

  • Include at least two images for the following areas: decor, food, drink, seating, lighting
  • Give a clear explanation for each of their chosen images on their mood board
  • Explain what they like about each chosen image


  • Include a minimum of three starters
  • Include a minimum of three mains
  • Include a minimum of three desserts
