- Include at least two images for the following areas: decor, food, drink, seating, lighting
- Give a clear explanation for each of their chosen images on their mood board
- Explain what they like about each chosen image
- Include a minimum of three starters
- Include a minimum of three mains
- Include a minimum of three desserts
