  • Choose an instrument (including their voice) to perform music with
  • Independently make a tone with that instrument


  • With adult support play along to part of a song or piece of music on that instrument, such as the melody, harmony or rhythm
  • Play their instrument solo
  • Play their instrument at the same time as other students
