• Identify the diet requirements of at least two exotic bird species

• Describe the basic environmental and habitat needs for at least two species (e.g., temperature, enclosure space, perches, light)

• Identify good and poor welfare practice in exotic bird care (e.g., enrichment, social needs, enclosure size, hygiene)

• Outline basic husbandry tasks required to maintain welfare standards (e.g., replenishing food/water, checking enclosure condition, basic cleaning tasks)
