ASDAN regularly reviews its products to ensure they continue to meet the needs of learners, members, practitioners and employers.
Throughout 2024, we will review ASDAN’s Certificate of Personal Effectiveness (CoPE) and Award of Personal Effectiveness (AoPE) qualifications. This includes assessing existing units, qualification requirements and resources.
We look forward to working with experienced members during this process, gathering feedback from staff and learners on what works with the current qualifications and areas for improvement.
ASDAN invites members delivering CoPE and AoPE qualifications to join this review by completing a short questionnaire. This will remain open until Friday 9 February 2024.
Following the questionnaire, we welcome further participation in our research. We will focus on making our personal effectiveness offer relevant to learners needs and engaging for those delivering it.
