ASDAN Champions
Nominate a learner to be recognised nationally
ASDAN Champions is our new learner recognition initiative, celebrating the achievements of learners across ASDAN centres.
Each month, one learner will be named ASDAN Champion of the month, showcasing how they’ve used their ASDAN experience to build confidence, develop skills and make a positive impact.

Jamie the ASDAN Champion: exploring future work pathways and discovering strengths

ASDAN’s first Champion, Lebron, nominated for his contribution to the local community
We’re delighted to introduce our first ASDAN Champion. Lebron, a sixth form learner at Whitchurch High School in Cardiff, is completing ASDAN’s Personal Development Programme (PDP).
Why nominate?
Your learner will receive:
- an ASDAN champion certificate to support future education, training or employment
- a national spotlight on our website and social media
- recognition across the ASDAN community for their progress and personal growth
How to nominate
Share a few sentences about your learner, including:
- which ASDAN activity or challenge did they enjoy?
- what did the learner gain from their ASDAN experience?
- how has ASDAN supported their learning for life?
ASDAN alumni
We’d love to keep in touch with ASDAN Champions as they continue their journeys.
We’d also like to hear from any ASDAN alumni who are happy to share how their experience with ASDAN has influenced their future.
From ASDAN champion to ASDAN alumni
ASDAN Champions are at the start of a wider journey. Over time, you become part of our ASDAN alumni community - former learners using the skills and confidence gained through ASDAN in education, training, work and life.
We’d love to hear from any ASDAN alumni who are happy to share how ASDAN has shaped their future.
