The learner can:
- Discuss the types of health and safety issues which can be experienced within a salon for the therapist, the client and the salon environment in pairs
- Label a pre drawn salon map to show how to ensure a safe salon space for the therapist and the client with support
- Find out the age at which a client is classed as a minor
- Make a poster to show the rules for when a client is a minor, including the importance of gaining consent and that a parent must be present at all times during treatments with support
