The learner can:
- Demonstrate how to help clients to feel at ease within their treatments, recognising stressors which may be present in the salon, using simulation
- Show recognition of the clients needs within a range of treatments, using simulation
- Demonstrate how to ease tension for clients before, during and after a treatment, using simulation
- Use simulation to show appropriate topics of conversation when completing a treatment on a client within different age groups
- Use simulation to show how it is appropriate to respond to a client who is not happy with the result of a treatment, and the ways to support them with this
- Reflect upon peers' simulation and evaluate what went well and what could be done to improve their technique in the future
