The learner can:

  • State at least eight dishes that could be included within the book
  • Trial creating the dishes and share them with peers
  • Choose the favourites to become part of the book
  • Use a computer or other device to design the front cover of the book
  • Use a computer or other device to design the pages of the book
  • Use a computer or other device to complete a contents page, and any other relevant pages for the book
