ASDAN launches national youth council for young people aged 12 to 18

What's involved

Sessions will include skill development workshops with partners such as Youth Employment UKYouth Sport Trust and the Edge Foundation, discussions about education and members' own experiences, and opportunities to share ideas and feedback directly with ASDAN.

Why get involved

Taking part gives young people the chance to have their say in education and share what matters to them, see how their feedback influences change, build confidence in advocacy and leadership, strengthen their CVs and personal statements, and learn more about future study, training and work.

From youth council to alumni

The ASDAN youth council is the start of a wider journey. Over time, young people become part of the ASDAN alumni community, made up of former learners using the skills and confidence gained through ASDAN in education, training, work and life.
