Gareth Reynolds joins ASDAN as Impact and Growth Director

ASDAN is delighted to welcome Gareth Reynolds to the ASDAN team as our new Impact and Growth Director. Gareth brings extensive experience across the education system, including schools, further and higher education, awarding organisations, and professional bodies, both in the UK and internationally. 

Throughout his career, Gareth has led market-leading portfolios and driven meaningful improvements in learner outcomes across diverse settings. His work is grounded in a learner-centric approach and a clear commitment to equity, combining deep practitioner insight with strategic leadership. Gareth has a strong track record of bringing new products to market, solving real challenges for learners and practitioners, and leading high-quality, Ofsted-outstanding provision. 

Reflecting on his new role, Gareth said: “Joining ASDAN is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with the leadership, trustees, and partners to translate the potential of evolving UK and international policy landscapes into lasting, positive change for learners. I’m looking forward to ensuring that innovation, quality and impact remain at the heart of everything we do, supporting inclusive opportunity for all.” 

Gareth’s appointment comes at a pivotal moment for the sector and for ASDAN. As Impact and Growth Director, he will focus on scaling ASDAN’s programmes and qualifications, driving innovation, and ensuring that the charity’s work continues to deliver meaningful outcomes for learners across the UK and internationally.
