·       Membership auto-renews annually unless terminated with 30 days’ written notice.

·       Cancellation within 30 days of invoice allows for a full refund; after that, the fee remains payable.

·       Members must provide required policies and documentation when requested.

·       Qualifications membership requires compliance with the Qualifications Center Agreement, annual approval, and participation in mandatory training.

·       Programmes/Programmes Plus Membership requires policies and resources to deliver ASDAN courses. Failure to meet requirements may result in withdrawal or downgrade.

·       Customised Accreditation requires policy submission and ASDAN approval for endorsement.

·       Membership fees are annual, payable in advance, and include VAT where applicable.

·       Payment due within 30 days of invoice; late payment may result in interest charges, suspension of services, and legal recovery.

·       Payment can be made by Card, Direct Debit or by BACS transfer; the remittance must state the Member registration number and the invoice number.

·       ASDAN will provide 30 days’ notice of any price increases.

·       Prepayments for events/approvals are refunded if cancelled seven working days prior; later cancellations incur full charges.

·       Credit notes must be used within 12 months.

·       All copyrights, trademarks, and IP in ASDAN materials and websites belong to ASDAN or licensors.

·       Materials may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes unless written permission is obtained.

·       Members can use the ASDAN Registered center logo during active membership, following guidelines.

·       References to ASDAN must not be misleading or inaccurate.

·       Physical products are delivered to the registered address.

·       The Member acknowledges and agrees that ASDAN does not accept responsibility for and will not issue any refund in respect of purchases of books and other materials made in error by the Member if a return is not made within terms.

·       Faulty or misprinted items may be returned within 30 days in original condition.

·       Digital products are non-refundable once accessed.

•        All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice, without exception. ASDAN will only arrange a collection for products that have been sent in error or are misprinted. ASDAN will not be responsible for arranging the return or collection of products that have been incorrectly ordered or are no longer wanted by the customer.

·       Members must follow ASDAN’s learner registration procedures.

·       Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

·       Unused learner registrations expire after the published period.

·       Members must purchase required books and registrations; ASDAN may invoice for any shortfalls.

·       Postal moderation: use a tracked service; ASDAN is not liable for transit losses.

·       Events must be booked via the ASDAN website.

·       Cancellations seven plus working days before event: full credit; less than seven days: full fee payable.

·       ASDAN may cancel/reschedule events due to extreme circumstances but is not liable for travel or accommodation costs.

·       ASDAN retains learner evidence for the course duration plus one year (Key Steps four years; Short Courses three years).

·       Members should keep their own copies of e-portfolio summaries.

·       Video/audio must be uploaded as secure links; ASDAN is not responsible for hosting files.

·       E-portfolio registrations are non-refundable but can be transferred to another learner or exchanged for a student book if purchased in error.

·       Requests for replacement certificates must be in writing with reason provided.

·       Members pay for replacements unless the error is ASDAN’s.

·       Damaged or erroneous certificates must be returned before replacement.

·       ASDAN complies with GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

·       Members must also comply and indemnify ASDAN against breaches.

·       ASDAN does not share personal data for marketing without consent.

·       Members must keep usernames and passwords secure.

·       Report suspected unauthorised access immediately.

·       ASDAN may withdraw access if misuse is suspected.

·       Subject to the same terms as UK members.

·       Must fund any quality assurance visits required by ASDAN.

·       Returns incur a 10% handling fee, unless items are faulty.

·       All copyrights, trademarks, and IP in ASDAN materials and websites belong to ASDAN or its licensors.

·       Books and materials are delivered to the registered address unless agreed otherwise.

·       Errors in ordering are the Purchaser’s responsibility; refunds are not given for these.

·       Digital products are provided via the member downloads page after payment.

·       No refunds are issued for digital products once accessed.
