ASDAN’s new Foundation Project Qualification (FPQ) is a Level 1 project-based qualification designed to help learners plan, manage and complete a project on a specific topic that matters to them.

Through meaningful project work, learners build confidence, independence and practical transferable skills including planning, research, communication, problem solving and self-reflection. FPQ also embeds ASDAN’s six core skills, helping learners make their learning more visible and apply it to future study, work and life.

FPQ will sit alongside ASDAN’s new Level 2 Higher Project Qualification (HPQ) and existing Level 3 Extended Project Qualification (EPQ), creating a clear progression route from Level 1 to Level 3.
